The customer is a US-based company specializing in backup and business continuity. Calsoft is engaged with the customer to provide development support (L3) for a backup and recovery product. The engagement primarily involved:

  • Resolving escalations for customer’s backup and recovery product.
  • Plan and provide the hotfixes.
  • Assist customer’s development team  to resolve any internal development bugs.
