Mojo Networks, a pioneer in cloud-managed WiFi, announced today that it has closed a combination of Series E funding and debt of $30 million to strengthen its worldwide go-to-market strategy with a focus on investing in sales, marketing and engineering.

Security Company Demisto Raises $20M

Demisto, a security startup focusing on incidence response, announced this week that it has raised a $20 million Series B. The round was led by ClearSky, joined by Accel, Slack Fund, and other strategic investors.

The company plans to use the Series B to expand its marketing and sales team and to fund new engineering innovations coming later this year.

Komprise Raises $12 Million in Series B

Komprise Inc., in intelligent data management across clouds, raised $12 million in Series B funding, led by Walden International, with participation from existing investor Canaan Partners and luminaries including Bill Moore (co-founder ZFS, ex-EMC Fellow), and Sanjay Mehrotra (former CEO of SanDisk).

The company also announces general availability of the Komprise Data Management Grid that scales linearly with no central bottlenecks, enabling businesses to manage the massive scale of today’s data while cutting 70% of costs.
