LockState, a Denver, CO-based provider of a cloud platform for smart locks, raised $5.8m in a Series A funding. The round was led by Iron Gate Capital with participation from Kozo Keikaku Engineering, Nelnet, and Service Provider Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its sales and marketing plans, and to further solidify its product. Led by Nolan Mondrow, Founder and CEO, RemoteLock is a cloud-based smart lock platform enabling users to manage any type of internet-enabled lock from a single centralized dashboard.
