Dr. Anupam Bhide – Chief Executive Officer
|
Dr. Anupam Bhide is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 21 years of experience in IT Industry. His visionary leadership has been the quintessential guiding factor for Calsoft to become a leading Outsourced Software Product Development company. His strength lies in identifying and unlocking optimal value for high-technology companies.
Previously, Anupam led business units at companies like HP, IBM, and Oracle. He has published over 20 papers in various international conferences and won the best paper award at VLDB database conference.
He has a PhD in Computer Science from Univ. of California-Berkeley, an MS from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B. Tech from IIT-Mumbai.

Parag Kulkarni – VP Engineering |

Parag Kulkarni is a veteran of storage industry with more than 19 years experience architecting and developing products. His key strength lies in quickly understanding product requirements and translating them into architectural and engineering specs for implementation. Parag leads the engineering team at Calsoft. Previously, Parag led the development of Database Editions product at Veritas (Symantec). Before this, Parag was a key contributing member at leading storage companies like Informix (IBM).
Parag has a Masters of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee and degree in Industrial Management from University of Indore, India. |

Vinay Manglani – Director, Projects |

Vinay is seasoned senior engineering manager with 17 years experience, specializing in development, design and release of systems, storage and web-based applications. His key strength lies in building strong teams focused on right-first-time-product delivery. In his most recent services stint, his teams successfully executed multiple development projects for leading ISVs.
Prior to joining Calsoft, Vinay worked for Symantec (Veritas) and other Fortune 500 companies for 11 years in the US.
Vinay has an MBA from Santa Clara University, Master in Computer Management from Pune University and B.Sc. (H) Mathematics from Delhi Vishwavidyalaya. |

Vikrant Gogri – Senior Project Manager
|

Vikrant is a software industry veteran with 19 years of experience in fields of storage, networking and virtualization. His strengths include versatility, swift design reviews, resolving design challenges, mentoring teams to deliver projects professionally and communicating effectively with customers.
Prior to Calsoft, Vikrant led the development of Sun's 6920 product line including remote replication and virtual volume distribution. Before this, at IBRIX, he developed Linux kernel drivers for a special purpose Distributed File System for NAS applications.
Vikrant holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers from Univ. of Bombay and a Master's level course work in Linux, Wireless and Optical Fiber from NorthEastern University, Massachusetts. |

Sharmila Bhide – Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder |
|
Sharmila is the co-founder of Calsoft and is actively involved in overall business strategy. Her strengths include methodical approach and meticulous execution of company wide operations. Previously she worked as a chief designer for the Oracle Receivables application. Before that, she pioneered development of an integrated portfolio management, accounting and tax software package for hedge funds at Hedgeware.
She has an MBA from Yale University, is a CPA, and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. |

Tapan Joshi – V.P. Business Development

Tapan has more than 14 years of high-technology marketing experience with leading Silicon Valley companies like LSI Logic, Infineon, Sun, and Nucore. He brings a unique blend of technology products and services expertise to the Calsoft’s team. Tapan’s strength lies in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions to meet their requirements.
Tapan has a Masters in Computer Engineering from the Univ. of California, Santa Barbara and a MBA from the Univ. of California at Berkeley. |
