Calsoft, is in the business of providing product realization services, to clients who extend from start ups to Fortune 500 companies located across the world. For Calsoft it is imperative to ensure highly stringent IP protections methods and management. We have evolved a range of solutions, that protect the valuable knowledge and assets of our clients.  Along with a protected networking we pay special attention to inculcating IP protection and confidentiality practices within the Calsoft staff.

Access Restrictions
The project team working for the client will be located in a highly secure building. Our own 24 hour manned security gate with a single entry/single exit protects the building.

Chinese Walls technique
We employ the proven "Chinese Walls" technique to protect our clients' data. The Calsoft team members are directed to share client information and discuss projects only with team members working for the same client. 

Personnel Training
The awareness to IP begins from when a new employee joins Calsoft. The training sessions during the induction process highlight the importance of IP protection. As needed, a Calsoft team member may be required to sign NDAs.

Higher Level Protection by physical office space separation and separate VLAN
The extra level of protection is generally offered to clients whose dedicated Calsoft team sizes exceed 10 people. This protection may also be available to smaller teams for a small additional charge. 

This high level of protection guarantees that all project team members will be placed in a physically separate office area  having a single access.  It also guarantees a dedicated VLAN that can be accessed only by those project team members.
