Anupam is a hard-core technocrat who has lead development teams at companies like Hewlett Packard, IBM, and Oracle. At these companies he worked in areas such as Oracle DBMS performance and scalability, file systems, and high availability for NUMA architecture machine.

As a research scientist and founding member of the DB2/6000 Parallel edition team, he also conceived and built one of the first high availability products in the open systems market - the Highly Available NFS File Server.

He has published over 20 papers in various international conferences and won the best paper award at the VLDB'93 database conference. He was a visiting Professor at University of California-Berkeley, teaching the graduate database systems course.

He has a PhD in Computer Science from University of California-Berkeley, an MS from University of Wisconsin-Madison and BS from the Indian Institute of Technology.-

Sharmila worked for Oracle Corp. in the Oracle Financials division as a product manager. She was the chief designer for the Oracle Receivables GUI version and also worked on design and implementation of cross-product features across Oracle Financials, Manufacturing and Distribution suites.

She has worked for Hedgeware Corp., where she worked on the pioneering integrated portfolio management, accounting and tax software package for hedge funds.

She has an MBA from Yale University, is a CPA, and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Parag Kulkarni is the Director Engineering at Calsoft. Parag has over 15 years of Software Development and Management Experience with core expertise in Database Internals, Storage Software and Windows platform.

Prior to Calsoft, Parag worked at VERITAS (SYMANTEC) Corporation where he conceived the Database Editions products for Windows platform and lead the development of Database Edition for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server products. Later Parag worked with Backup Exec group and was Site Manager of the BE group in Mountain View, California.

Before VERITAS, Parag worked at Informix Software Inc in Menlo Park California, where he was part of the Informix Server R&D team working on Windows platform. In his tenure at Informix, Parag played a key role in the NCSC evaluation for the Informix Multi-Level Secure database and worked on all flavors of Informix Online and Parallel Server architecture and lead XPS NT development team.

Parag holds Masters of Technology in Computer Science from University of Roorkee (aka IIT Roorkee), India. He also possesses degree in Industrial Management from University of Indore, India.

Vinay is seasoned senior manager specializing in storage and systems software domain with 17 years of development and delivery management experience. Prior to joining Calsoft Vinay worked for Symantec (Veritas) and other Fortune 500 companies for 11 years in the US . Vinay has an MBA from Santa Clara university and MCM from Pune university. He has worked US, Europe (Ireland, Poland) and Japan on variety of software development projects and is conversant in Japanese language for business communication.

A senior professional with 19 years of work experience, Vikrant, like most of our senior engineering managers often plays dual roles of project manager and technical lead. He is versatile, very hands-on and a fast mover who covers a lot of territory - from taking part in technical design reviews, to resolving design challenges, mentoring teams to move projects towards completion and communicating effectively with clients.

Prior to Calsoft, Vikrant lived in the US working in a variety of companies. Most recently he was at Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for developing key components of Sun's 6920 product line including remote replication and virtual volume distribution. Prior to Sun he worked at Ibrix where Responsible for developing Linux kernel drivers for a special purpose Ibrix Distributed File System for NAS applications.

Before he came to Ibrix, Vikrant worked in three networking startups which are now part of MRV communications where he developed system and protocol level software for Wireless Network Nodes, system software running on RTOS for a high-performance distributed network router, and network drivers working in Windows NT Kernel domain.

Vikrant holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bombay, India and has undertaken Master's level course work in Linux, Wireless and Optical Fiber at NorthEastern University in Massachusetts.

Sanjay is the Director for Sales and Business Development at Calsoft. Sanjay has over 16 years of experience in the high technology sector and has worked for various companies in the US some of which include Hitachi Data Systems, Silicon Graphics, and Cisco. He has extensive experience in implementing CRM systems and defining and driving sales and marketing processes for the enterprise.

At Calsoft, he manages the Business Development and Marketing teams and is responsible for building strategies for new customer acquisition, account management and defining and executing marketing strategies.

Sanjay is a Bachelors of Science from Ravishanker University and MCA from National Institute of Technology, Raipur.
